It usually takes about 5-6 months to complete a typical custom home, with larger homes taking around 7-8 months for completion.
Yes, we have an excellent architect we have worked with for years and is available to draw our plans and revise existing plans.
Yes, we have a number of floor plans that we can begin with, from homes already built. For renovations and additions, we can use existing floors plans, or have floor plans drawn to match the customer’s wants and needs.
We build in all of the surrounding counties of the Cincinnati and Dayton areas; most often being Warren, Butler, Montgomery, Greene, Hamilton and Clermont counties.
It depends on the extent and size of the project. Amburgy Homes always works as quickly as possible when renovating or making an addition to a home, because we understand the inconvenience a disruption of the home brings.
Amburgy Homes uses the same subcontractors and suppliers on all of our jobs, with very few exceptions. Many of them have worked for Amburgy Homes for 15-20 years.
Jody Amburgy does all of the on-site supervision and scheduling. Jody is on the jobsite daily to manage construction of the homes. He is in direct contact with each homeowner during the construction process.
