Initial meeting at the future build property to go over your lot and answer any questions you may have.
Whether you have development plans already or are starting from scratch, we are here to help you design your dream home.
We review the development plans and begin the quoting process. This process usually takes two to three weeks.
Once we have arrived at the final development plan and cost, we create the contract to build.
We start construction once you close on your construction loan. If you are not financing, we start as soon as you are ready. We will give a completion date once we are far enough along in the build.
